Role: Lead UX Designer, Responsive Designer. Agency: Tether
When I worked at Tether I had the opportunity to re-invision the Microsoft Jobs Blog. We took it from a small blog to a larger-than-life layout to help showcase the great stories being written at Microsoft and the great stories being told. All stories had full bleed imagery mixed with slideshows and were optimized for mobile as well. Full-bleed imagery was mixed with a dynamic responsive grid to showcase the content coming from the blog. I worked with Microsoft on early discovery and strategy, as well as using UXR to inform my designs and UX Flows, wires, and other documents. I then packaged it all up in a branded consistent design that built upon the new branding we did for the blog as well and that showcased the new blog for its users.
