I worked on this project at Tether. We worked closely with the Google creative team to envision what the Google wifi experience at Starbucks would be. We came up with a community approach that tapped into what users want, ways to gift coffee, and ways to make Starbucks more of a destination and not just a coffee shop. We then helped to create a video to help Google sell the concept to Starbucks and use it as a marketing tool. Google implemented a lot of these ideas over the next few years.
Interactive Window display mock-up. As users approach the window, data, and information linked to their preferences are displayed to allow them to interact with content before they even enter Starbucks. Maybe they see their favorite drink, or what song is playing from an album they might like. etc. etc.
