Role: Associate Design Director. Agency: Instrument
My assignment was to craft a fresh website experience for Google Developers. In close collaboration with research teams, content writers, creatives, and Google itself, I spearheaded the redesign effort for the Developer's site. This involved a close partnership with Google, utilizing their sticker sheets to seamlessly integrate their design system into the experience. I meticulously designed various components in different sizes to ensure compatibility across their ecosystem. We kicked off with user interviews to discern the desires of users, particularly developers, for the site. Our findings revealed a strong demand for community stories and resources. Consequently, we tailored the experiences to incorporate this feedback effectively.
Tools: Figma, FigJam, Mira, Google Docs, Loom.
I collaborated closely with Google's sticker sheets and design system to craft fresh pages and user flows for their developer website overhaul. Below, you'll find a snapshot of the prototype I meticulously constructed, showcasing to Google the envisioned experience and user journey. The project encompassed both a responsive web design and a mobile version to ensure seamless accessibility across devices.
