I was contacted by an agency in Michigan that works closely with the Lebron James Foundation, and they asked me if I would like to work on LebronJames.com. Of course, I said yes. With not much time or budget, we wanted to create a fluid experience on all platforms that would tell the story of Lebron James and be able to showcase the content in an effective way.
The site was designed to almost be a continuous scrolling museum of Lebron's life and accomplishments. The site is split into 4 main sections: The Man, The Philanthropist, The Athlete, and The Businessman. Each of the 4 sections makes up the bulk of the content and as the user scrolls and reaches one of these sections the site then scrolls right to left to allow users to view each gallery which is full of imagery, videos, gifs, and other content from Lebron's life. This UX experience worked great on mobile and Tablet and made the entire experience consistent across devices. The best thing about it. Lebron loved it.
