I was a member of the Store App team at Lululemon, where I specialized in enhancing the backroom experience for our stores. My primary responsibility was to design an onboarding flow and home screen for the MyDay app, which serves as a vital tool for store employees. This app enables them to clock in and out, access important store notes and updates, manage their tasks, and streamline their shift experiences, including breaks and end-of-shift procedures.
I collaborated with a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to create new features for the app as well as design and prototype out the MYDay Experience.
