Role: Senior Product & UX Designer.
I was part of the Store App team at Lululemon, where I focused on enhancing the backroom experience for our retail stores. My key contribution was designing the onboarding flow and home screen for MyDay, a crucial app that empowers store employees to manage their shifts efficiently. The app allows them to clock in and out, access important store notes and updates, manage tasks, and streamline key shift processes like breaks and end-of-shift procedures.
I worked closely with a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to develop new features and refine the overall MyDay experience through thoughtful design and prototyping.

Designs for an employee app to help them and educate them throughout their work shift. Let them sign in, clock in, and clock out.

Low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes were built to test the user experience and also run thru the final version and add motion and transition etc.

I created a user flow and task flows for the home page experience, including clock-in, first-time browsing, and also doing various tasks such as

A mind map was created to track the thinking and flow of the user throughout the app.

A "day in the life" journey map was created to understand an educator's day and map out some pain points, opportunities, and themes to help build our experience.

I made various components to add to the Design Library that were new to the experience.
